Spa Infinima is looking for a passionate and dedicated relaxation advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be the key person to welcome our customers, manage their requests and ensure they leave with a feeling of total well-being.
Your responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and respond to their needs.
- Coordinate and manage appointments on our different platforms (telephone, email, online).
- Advise on suitable care and products, highlighting our promotional offers.
- Efficiently manage payments, invoices, and customer file updates.
- Work closely with the massage therapy, aesthetics and medical-aesthetics teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality service.
What we are looking for:
- Interpersonal skills: Empathy, active listening and ease in communication.
- Organization : Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility: Availability for flexible hours, adapted to your availability, including some weekends.
- Technical skills: Knowledge of booking tools or CRM (an asset).
- LANGUAGES : Fluency in French, English being an asset.

- Salary : From 18.50 $/h + 10 % commissions on product sales, adjusted according to your experience.
