The Spa Infinima, known for its exceptional service and its unique atmosphere, is looking for a dynamic administrative assistant to join his team.
This key role combines administrative support, coordination and customer interaction, contributing directly to the smooth functioning of our luxury spa.

Your responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support: file management, appointment scheduling and internal project coordination.
• Assist management in the daily management of operations in order to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Manage communications (calls, emails, correspondence) professionally and quickly.
• Collaborating with different teams to organize, monitor and optimize key initiatives and projects.
• Occasionally fill in at reception to support the team, as needed by the company.

Profile sought

• Education and experience Relevant experience in administrative support or a similar role.
  An experience like relaxation advisor constitutes an asset.
• SKILLS :
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French. English is an asset for providing verbal service to English-speaking suppliers.
  • Initiative and autonomy, with a high level of professional rigor.
• Personal qualities Empathy, interpersonal skills and a genuine sense of customer service.
