Why Choose Spa Infinima for Your Massage in Quebec City
Most massage therapy clinics in Quebec City offer a massage in a closed room with no complementary environment. At Spa Infinima, your massage is part of a complete wellness experience under one roof in Sainte-Foy. That is what makes Infinima a spa and massage destination in Quebec City designed for the body as much as the mind.
Indoor Nordic Baths
The Infinima hammam combines a whirlpool bath, Finnish sauna, eucalyptus steam bath and tropical rain shower. Limited to six guests, the space guarantees an intimate hammam spa experience that prepares your muscles before treatment or extends relaxation after your session. The hot-cold alternation improves blood circulation and amplifies the effects of your massage.
Certified Massage Therapists
Our massage therapists are trained in multiple specialized techniques and provide insurance-eligible receipts. Each session begins with an assessment of your condition to adapt pressure, movements and duration of work on each area. You are in the hands of professionals who adjust the treatment in real time.
All-Inclusive Spa Packages
Packages combining massage, facial treatments, and access to the hammam at great prices. One booking covers a full day of pampering. Packages start at 155 $ and always include access to the indoor Nordic baths or an additional treatment to extend the experience.
Professional Products

Signature · 60 or 90 min
Infinima Massage
The signature massage at Spa Infinima, available in 60 or 90 minutes. Your massage therapist evaluates your condition, adjusts the pressure and combines different techniques to address your needs that day. Deep relaxation, targeted tension relief or a combination of both: the Infinima Massage adapts in real time. This is the most versatile treatment on our massage therapy menu and the recommended starting point for a first visit.
Relaxation · 90 min
Hot Stone Massage
Heated volcanic stones are placed on strategic tension points of the body to deliver deep muscle relaxation. This 90-minute massage also uses essential oils that amplify relaxation of body and mind. The heat penetrates tissues deeply and improves blood circulation for lasting results.
Relaxation · 60 min
Hot Shell Massage
Warm shells provide targeted muscle relaxation while stimulating blood circulation. Available in 60 minutes, this treatment combines the natural warmth of the shells with precise movements for deep release. An alternative to the hot stone massage that delivers a distinctively enveloping sensation.
Therapeutic · 60 min
Cupping Massage
This massage uses medical-grade silicone cups to improve blood circulation, release deep muscle tension and promote tissue drainage. Available in 60 minutes, the suction technique complements manual movements for a muscle release that a classic massage alone cannot achieve as effectively.
Complete treatment · 60 min
VIP Back Massage
A complete back treatment in 60 minutes that combines salt exfoliation, anti-inflammatory mud wrap and relaxing massage of the back and legs. This three-step treatment cleanses the skin, relaxes muscles deeply and delivers a lasting sense of well-being throughout the body.
Specialized · 60 or 90 min
Kinesiotherapy
This specialized 60- or 90-minute treatment is provided by a certified physiotherapist. It targets specific issues and chronic pain using advanced techniques designed to treat areas of persistent tension, restore joint mobility, and accelerate recovery. Recommended for athletes or individuals suffering from recurring pain.
Prenatal · 60 min
Prenatal Massage
Available from 12 weeks of pregnancy, this prenatal massage is performed on a table equipped with cushions specially designed for expectant mothers.
