A lunch box from Bistro La Cohue is available by reservation. It includes daily specials and is offered at a cost of 29 $ + tax. To reserve, please request it at reception at least 48 hours before your appointment, by calling 418-651-0001. Please note that no food or beverages other than those provided by Spa Infinima or Bistro La Cohue will be permitted.
We understand unforeseen circumstances might prevent you from honoring your appointment. If you need to change or cancel your booking, we allow cancellations without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Should you cancel after this period, 50% of your reservation's value will be charged to your credit card or deducted from any gift certificate you may have.
Most of our treatments and packages include a health break consisting of a piece of chocolate, fruit and a mixture of nuts. The whole thing is completed by a herbal tea or fruit juice.

At Infinima Spa, our massage therapists are certified and can therefore provide insurance receipts. Did you know some insurance companies reimburse up to 100% of the costs incurred for a massage? Please check with your insurer!
Situated near Sainte-Foy Road, Infinima Spa offers ample free outdoor parking. This means no additional parking costs and no long walks to enter Infinima’s haven!
Upon arrival, you will be given a locker room key. Each locker contains a large towel as well as a bathrobe. Have you chosen to have access to the Infinima Hammam? We will give you a pair of sandals. In addition, our locker rooms are equipped with a dryer, a flat iron as well as all the products required for your shower.
At Spa Infinima, people under the age of 18 can receive treatments. However, we do not accept minors under the age of 14. If you are between 14 and 18 years old, please call us to make an appointment. Please also note that minors must be accompanied by an adult during their visit.
