THE Spa Infinima, place of relaxation and luxury in the heart of Quebec City, is looking for a Housekeeping Employee and Spa Assistant to join its dynamic team.
This essential role guarantees an environment clean, welcoming and harmonious, in order to offer our customers a exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities

• To ensure the cleaning and maintenance common areas, treatment rooms and spa facilities (hammam, sauna, shower, whirlpool bath).
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning equipment according to the quality standards of Spa Infinima.
• Prepare and replenish the treatment rooms in linen, products and equipment needed for therapists.
• Collaborating with teams to meet customer needs and ensure their comfort.
• Identify and report any maintenance problems or repair needs to the manager.

• Personal qualities :
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Reliability, autonomy and efficiency in task management.
  • Team spirit and a focus on customer service.
• Availability Mainly schedule early weekday mornings, with flexibility according to operational needs and possibility of weekends as needed.
• LANGUAGES : Fluency in French; English is an asset.
• Experience : Experience in building maintenance (1 year preferred).
