Your responsibilities

• Warmly welcome each customer upon arrival and ensure their comfort.
• Coordinate and manage appointments across our various platforms (phone, email and online).
• Advise customers on suitable treatments and products, while highlighting our promotions and packages.
• Efficiently manage payments, invoicing, and updating customer records.
• Collaborating closely with the teams of massage therapy, aesthetics and medical aesthetics to ensure a smooth service and a harmonious experience.

• Interpersonal skills Empathy, active listening and excellent communication.
• Organization : Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility : Availability for variable hours, including some weekends.
• Technical skills : Knowledge of booking tools or a CRM (an asset).
• LANGUAGES Proficiency in French. English is an asset for providing verbal service to English-speaking clients.
