Product Return Policy

We accept returns of any product in its original condition, unopened and still sealed in its plastic packaging, for any reason, within 30 days of the delivery date. A full refund will be issued, except for shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, except in cases of skin allergies. Returns due to allergies must be accompanied by proof of purchase and must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Exchanges are only possible for defective products.

Terms and conditions for purchasing electronic certificates and gift cards

Please note that all electronic certificates and gift cards are final sales and are non-refundable.

Electronic certificates and gift cards can be used up to their full value to pay for your purchases at Infinima. Activation and use of this electronic certificate or gift card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

• Electronic certificates and gift cards are in Canadian currency;
• They are only exchangeable for the purchase of goods or services;
• They cannot be exchanged for cash and are not refundable, except in cases provided by law;
• Infinima cannot be held responsible for replacing or honoring a lost or stolen electronic certificate or gift card;
• This e-certificate or gift card has no value until activated.
